Your dashboard

2 min. readlast update: 08.09.2026

The dashboard is your list of every file you've uploaded. It's the first thing you see when you sign in, and where you go to find a document, open its analysis, or act on several files at once.

The file list

Each row is one document. The columns are:

  • Thumbnail — a small preview of the file
  • Document name
  • Policy / Claim number — the reference you gave the case or file
  • Document type
  • Date & Time — when it was uploaded
  • Risk — the risk level Veridox assigned (see Risk levels explained)

To open a file, select its row. This takes you to the case, where you can read the full analysis.

Finding a file

  • Search — use the Search box to find files by name, reference, or content.
  • Sort — select the Date & Time or Risk column headers to sort by newest or by risk. Sorting is paused while a search is active.
  • Pages — use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages and change how many rows are shown.

When you have nothing uploaded yet, the dashboard shows a welcome panel with the two upload buttons instead of a list. See Upload your first document to get started.

Working with several files

Tick the checkbox on any row — or the checkbox in the header to select everything on the page. A toolbar appears showing how many files are Selected, along with:

  • Compare Files — open two or three files side by side
  • Export — download the selected files as a single ZIP
  • Clear — deselect everything

See Comparing files and bulk export for the details and limits of each.
