Help CentreUploading a document starts its analysis. Select Upload in the sidebar and choose one of two methods.
Choose how to upload
- Create or Add to Case — a linked collection of files that belong together (for example, everything on one claim). The whole case shares a single reference, and you can move between its files while reading the analysis.
- Upload Files — several separate files at once, each analysed on its own with its own reference.
Not sure? Use Create or Add to Case when the documents relate to the same matter, and Upload Files when they're unrelated.
Add your files
Drag files onto the upload area, or select Browse files to pick them.
- Supported types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOCX, HEIC, HEIF, and ZIP
- Maximum size: 50 MB per file
Each file needs a policy or claim number:
- For a case, you set one reference for the whole case.
- For separate files, you give each file its own reference — and each must be unique within the upload.
You can remove a file before submitting using the trash icon on its card.
Add case context (if available)
Some organisations can add background to a case before analysing it. If yours can, you'll see a Case context step where you can describe what happened and anything unusual about the circumstances or documents. It's optional — select Skip to move on — and there's an AI Enhance button that tidies your wording into a clearer summary you can accept or dismiss.
Analyse
Review the summary of what you're about to submit, then select Analyse.
- For a single case, you're taken to the case so you can watch the analysis progress live.
- For several files, they're processed in the background and appear on your dashboard as they finish.
ℹ️ If the progress screen sits blank and then jumps straight to the finished report, your network may be buffering the live updates. See Analysis progress page never updates in Troubleshooting — the analysis itself still completes normally.
