Veridox includes a built-in assistant that you can talk to about your documents - just like asking a knowledgeable colleague. Whether you want a quick summary, a deeper explanation of a finding, or a comparison across multiple files, Chat is there to help.

Two ways to use Chat
Within a file analysis
When you're reviewing an individual file, the assistant is available directly on the analysis screen. You can ask questions about that specific document, and the assistant will reference the analysis findings in its answers.
Try asking:
- "Can you explain the risk rating in plain English?"
- "What's unusual about the metadata?"
- "Is there anything here that would concern a fraud investigator?"
- "Summarise this document in two sentences."
Across multiple files
From the dashboard, select two or more files and open them in the comparison view. The assistant can then look across all selected files together.
Try asking:
- "Are there any inconsistencies between these documents?"
- "Do these files appear to have come from the same source?"
- "Highlight any risks that appear across more than one file."
- "Are there connections between these files I should be aware of?"
Tips for getting the most from Chat
- Be specific - the more context you give, the more useful the answer. "What makes this risky?" will get a better response than "Is this okay?"
- Follow up - if an answer raises a new question, just ask. The assistant remembers the context of your conversation.
- Use it to explain findings to others - ask the AI to summarise a report in non-technical language before sharing it with a colleague or manager.
