If you need to request files/documents to be processed you can request they be uploaded to veridox directly from someone outside your organisation.
On the right you can also see all the links that have been previously shared, be they pending (Awaiting upload), expired, or completed. For security we recommend revoking pending links that are no longer required, or were sent incorrectly.
To send a document request/sharing-link, enter the name and email address of the recipient in the form, then attach a policy/reference number to the request. You can also request a copy be sent to yourself.
Links can only be uploaded to once. Once a user has added files to the request and submitted them, we immediately complete that request. If you need to request more information, please submit a new link.
