Step 3: Understanding your dashboard

2 min. readlast update: 03.04.2026

Your dashboard is the home base for all your work in Veridox. Everything you've uploaded lives here, organised and ready to review.

What you'll see

When you open the dashboard, you'll find a list of all the files and cases your organisation has processed. Each entry shows:

  • The file or case name
  • The reference number (case, policy, or claim number)
  • The risk level assigned after analysis

Risk levels

Every analysed document is given one of four risk ratings:

Risk level What it means
High Significant indicators of concern
Medium Some points of interest that warrant closer attention
Low Minor observations - likely no cause for concern
Informational No risk identified - document appears as expected

These ratings are a starting point. Veridox gives you the evidence behind each rating so you can make an informed decision, not just take a number at face value.

Finding what you need

Search: Use the search bar to find a file by name or reference number.

Sort: By default, your most recent uploads appear at the top. You can also sort by risk level - useful when you want to prioritise your most urgent reviews (High → Medium → Low → Informational).

Pagination: If you have a large number of files, use the controls at the bottom of the page to move between pages and adjust how many files are shown at once.

Opening a file

Click any file to open its full analysis report. If a file is still being processed, you'll be taken to the progress screen instead - it won't be long.

Working with multiple files

You can select more than one file at a time to:

  • Export together - download a batch of reports in one go
  • Compare side by side - Ask the AI to highlight differences, connections, and risks across them
