After logging in, you will be taken to your dashboard. If you haven't used veridox before you likely won't see any files here. There is a button in the side-navigation bar to quickly upload files from anywhere in veridox!

After clicking the upload button you will be given two options:

Create Case

Uploading a case is the quickest way to upload and analyse a group of related documents/images. Usually by case/policy/reference number. You can enter the case identifier in the provided input below the upload area. If you are unsure of what identifier you should enter, please refer to your organisation's guidance.

You can drag and drop files into the provided area, or you can click "Browse" to select files from your device. Files will appear in a list below, you can remove files as you need before clicking upload by clicking the "Delete" icon to the right of the file.

When you are done, click analyse to upload your case and veridox will begin to analyse your documents!

Upload Files

You can also upload individual files, this is the best way to upload documents and images if they are unrelated. You will be asked to enter a case/policy/reference number for each file you upload.

You can drag and drop files into the provided area, or you can click "Browse" to select files from your device. Files will appear in a list below, you can remove files as you need before clicking upload by clicking the "Delete" icon to the right of the file.

When you are done, click analyse to upload your files and veridox will begin to analyse your documents!

Analysing

After uploading your document(s), you will be taken to the analysis screen. Here you can see the progress of the files you have uploaded (If you chose "Upload Files" you will see the progress of the first file you uploaded.)

At any time you can leave this screen, your files will continue processing in the background. You can always come back later by clicking the related file in the dashboard.
