Help CentreYou can sign up to veridox similarly to how you sign up for other platforms.
Go to https://uk.veridox.ai/auth/sign-up (or https://ca.veridox.ai/auth/sign-up for canadian customers).
Enter your details:
- First name & last name.
- Email address.
- If you are part of an organisation, or you are looking to create an organisation with us, please ensure you use the correct email address for your organisation.
- (eg. john-doe@veridox.ai)
- A strong password
You will receive a 6 digit code to your email to verify your account. This usually only takes a few moments.
If you can't find it, please check your spam folder in your email client, or check with your IT department to make sure it hasn't been blocked, and ask them to whitelist emails from noreply@veridox.ai.
The person(s) responsible for managing your account will then be notified you have signed-up, their approval will be required to complete the sign-up process.
ℹ️ Please note, for security purposes Veridox cannot verify your account in place of the assigned admins. For any issues with verification, please contact your assigned admins and they can speak to us on your behalf.
