Welcome to Veridox. Getting your account set up takes just a few minutes - here's exactly what to expect.

Before you begin

You'll need:

Using the right region ensures your data stays within your local environment from day one.

How to sign up

1. Fill in your details
   Enter your first name, last name, and email address. Then choose a password - make it something memorable but hard to guess (a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols works well).
   
   
2. Verify your email
   Once you submit the form, we'll send a 6-digit code to your inbox. Enter this code to confirm your email address.

   ℹ️ Haven't received the code? Check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, ask your IT team to confirm that emails from noreply@veridox.ai aren't being blocked.

3. Wait for account approval
   For security, every new Veridox account is reviewed and approved by an administrator within your organisation before you can log in. This is a deliberate safeguard to make sure only the right people have access.

Once your admin approves your request, you'll receive a confirmation and can log straight in.
