Organisation settings and defaults

2 min. readlast update: 10.22.2026

Your organisation-wide defaults live on three pages of the Organisation group in the Settings navigation: General, Branding, and Reporting. (The group also holds pages of their own for teams, roles, billing, integrations, and auditing, each covered in its own article.) You'll see these three if your role can view organisation settings. By default that's Organisation Owners and Organisation Admins.

Viewing and editing are separate. If you can view but not edit, each page shows: "You have read-only access to organisation settings. Ask an owner to make changes."

Saving your changes

On the General and Reporting pages, changes aren't applied as you make them. A bar appears at the foot of the page counting your unsaved changes, with Save and Discard buttons. Select Save to apply everything at once, and a message confirms when it's done. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, an Unsaved changes dialog asks whether to Stay or Discard and leave.

General

  • Organisation Timezone: the default timezone for everyone in your organisation, used unless someone has chosen their own in their personal settings. Leave it blank to unset it.
  • Early Access: turn this on to enrol everyone in your organisation into early-access features as they become available. Turn it off to stay on the standard release.

Branding

Under Company Logo, upload the logo that appears on your reports. Drag an image onto the box or use Upload Logo (Replace Logo if one's already there). Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, and SVG. The logo saves as soon as the upload completes.

Reporting

Controls automated summary emails:

  • Weekly Reports: a summary every Monday.
  • Monthly Reports: a summary on the 1st of each month.
  • Recipient Emails: the addresses reports are sent to. Add up to 10: type an address and select Add; remove one with the × on its tag.

Reports are sent using your organisation's timezone. A note on the page shows which one, with a link to change it on the General page.

API keys, webhooks, and more

API keys and Webhooks each have their own page in the Organisation group. They're covered in the Integrations and API section. Roles & permissions and the Audit log are covered in Roles and permissions and The audit log.
