Where your data lives
Veridox runs in regional environments so your data stays in your region:
- UK customers are served from https://uk.veridox.ai
- Canadian customers are served from https://ca.veridox.ai
Your documents and analyses are held in the environment for your region.
Who can see it
Your documents are private to your organisation. Only members of your organisation can see the files you upload and their analyses — including files sent in by others through a Share Link, which are visible only to you and your organisation. No other customer can see your data.
Within your organisation, access follows the roles described in Approving new user sign-ups and Teams — an administrator controls who can join.
How it's protected
Data is sent to and from Veridox over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and your files are stored in secure cloud storage.
