Veridox is built with international deployment in mind. We provide regional data residency and in-country processing in the United Kingdom and Canada, with additional regions under active development.
Q: What happens to documents I upload?
Direct document upload preserves original metadata and timestamps. The platform processes files through analysis but your documents remain within your organization's account. User data via direct upload or share links maintains data integrity.
Q: Does the system share my data with other customers?
Organisation-level knowledge bases are kept separate. When the self-learning system launches, feedback and corrections apply to your organization's instance, not shared across clients.
