Help CentreQ: Do you use our customer's data to train your models?
Any data uploaded is not used to train any underlying models. We have organisation knowledgebases which are silo'd and bespoke to your organisation, but underlying VLMs, SLMs or LLMs are not trained on usage via Veridox.
Q: Does the platform learn from my feedback?
A self-learning system is in active development. You can currently adjust risk scores on your analysis reports and in a future release, the system will learn from corrections. Natural language feedback input is also planned, with instant learning applied to the very next upload.
