<p>When you need to know how two or three documents relate — whether they match, or where they differ — Chat can compare them for you.</p>
<h2>Start a comparison</h2>
<ol>
<li>On your dashboard, tick <strong>two or three</strong> files. They must all have finished analysing.</li>
<li>Select <strong>Compare Files</strong> in the toolbar that appears.</li>
</ol>
<p>Veridox opens Chat and compares the files for you automatically — you don't need to type anything to get started. The comparison appears as the first answer in the conversation.</p>
<h2>Ask follow-ups</h2>
<p>Once the comparison is there, keep the conversation going in the message box — for example <em>"Which details don't match?"</em>, <em>"Are these the same document?"</em>, or <em>"Summarise the differences."</em> Press <strong>Enter</strong> to send.</p>

<li>You can compare <strong>2–3 files</strong> at a time. If <strong>Compare Files</strong> is greyed out on the dashboard, hover over it to see why — usually too few or too many files selected, or one that's still analysing.</li>
