Collecting documents from people outside your organisation

Sometimes the documents you need to analyse are held by someone who doesn't use Veridox — a customer or claimant, for example. Share Link lets you send them a secure upload link so they can send those documents straight to you, without needing an account.

How it works

1. You create a request with the person's name, email, and a policy or claim reference.
2. Veridox emails them a secure link.
3. They open the link, read a short notice, and upload their files — no sign-in required.
4. The files come back into your Veridox account privately, ready to review.

Only your organisation can see what's uploaded. The link is tied to that one request and expires after 7 days, so it can't be reused or shared onwards indefinitely.

Find it

Select Share Link in the sidebar. If it's greyed out, the feature isn't enabled for your organisation — ask an admin to turn it on.
