Analyses use credits, bought in bundles. The Billing screen shows how many credits you have, how they're being used, and lets you set up low-balance alerts. It's available to the organisation owner when billing is enabled, from Billing in the sidebar.
Your credit balance
The overview shows your current bundle at a glance:
- Expires in — how long the bundle has left (this turns amber, then red, as the date approaches).
- Period — the dates the bundle runs between.
- Used — how many credits you've used, as X of Y credits and a percentage, with a chart of what's left.
If a new bundle is lined up, you'll see a New bundle scheduled note with its start date.
Usage history
Below the balance, Usage History lists what's been spent. Each row shows the Date, the User who ran it, the Modules involved, and the Credits used. Use Previous and Next to page through older entries.
Low-balance alerts
Select Alert Settings to be warned before you run low:
- Alert threshold (%) — the remaining-credit level that triggers an alert.
- Notification recipients — the email addresses that get alerted. Add addresses one at a time; remove them with the × on each tag.
- Disable alerts — turn alerts off entirely.
Select Save settings to apply. Alerts can only be set on an active bundle.
Buying or renewing credits
Credits are arranged with us directly — there's no in-app purchase. If you have no active bundle, or one has expired, the screen will tell you to contact support to get started or renew.
