Veridox analyses documents — claim forms, invoices, ID, supporting evidence — and flags anything that looks risky, so you can make a decision faster. This page is a two-minute orientation to where everything lives once you're signed in.
The dashboard
When you sign in you land on your Dashboard. This is the home for every file you've uploaded: each row shows the document, its case label (a policy or claim reference), the document type, when it was added, and its risk level. From here you can search, sort, open a file to read its analysis, and select several files to compare or export.
The sidebar
Everything else is reached from the navigation bar down the left-hand side. You can collapse it to icons only using the toggle at the top, and expand it again the same way.
- Dashboard — your list of files and cases (the logo takes you here too).
- Share Link — send a secure link asking someone outside your organisation to upload documents to you.
- Chat — ask questions about a document in plain language, or compare documents in a conversation.
- Billing — credit balance and usage. This only appears if you're the organisation owner and billing is switched on for your account.
- Upload — the main action button. It opens a short menu with two ways to add files (see Upload your first document).
Near the bottom of the sidebar you'll also find:
- Support/Feedback — opens a pre-filled email to our support team.
- Settings — your personal preferences, plus organisation and team settings if you're an admin.
- A light/dark mode toggle.
ℹ️ Share Link and Chat are optional features. If either is switched off for your organisation, you'll still see it in the sidebar but it'll be greyed out, with a note explaining it isn't enabled. Ask an admin if you need it turned on.
